Responsibilities

  • Accurately capture and input data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
  • Maintain organised digital records and filing systems
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from captured data as required
  • Liaise with team members to clarify data requirements or resolve queries
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM or database management systems is advantageous
  • Good written communication skills for internal correspondence
  • Matric certificate required; relevant diploma or certificate is advantageous
