Responsibilities

  • Input data from source documents accurately and efficiently
  • Verify data accuracy by cross-checking information
  • Maintain and update databases and records
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies
  • Organize and store documents digitally and securely
  • Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency
  • Perform regular backups to secure data integrity

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Professional or similar role
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with data entry software and databases
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
