Data Entry Representative Admin (Work From Home)

Responsibilities: • Enter and update data in databases and maintain accurate records of valuable company information. • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering it into the system. • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain up-to-date and easily accessible. • Assist with data cleanup projects to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. • Generate reports and extract data as needed. • Respond to inquiries related to data entry and provide support to other team members as required. • Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry tasks. • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.

Requirements: • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position. • Excellent typing skills and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.

Preferred Qualifications: • Willing to learn data entry into CRM systems or other database software. • Willing to learn or knowledge of basic accounting principles or familiarity with financial data. • Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
