Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive redesign and optimization of the revenue organization's data architecture to resolve historical data debt.
  • Establish and enforce robust data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity across all go-to-market systems.
  • Act as the internal Product Manager for revenue capabilities, defining the long-term vision and roadmap for internal sales tools and AI deployments.
  • Architect an "agent-first" AI strategy to identify and automate sales, operational, and compensation workflows.
  • Manage the evaluation, selection, and integration of the AI and data vendor ecosystem.
  • Optimize Salesforce architecture to ensure seamless integration of data and AI initiatives while minimizing friction for sales representatives.
  • Drive organizational change and enablement programs to foster a data-first, AI-augmented culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Enterprise Data Architecture, or GTM Systems Strategy.
  • Deep architectural expertise in Salesforce and a proven ability to rebuild complex data models for scale.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide Data Governance programs.
  • Strong product management background with experience owning internal tech stack roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI-driven sales enablement and automation tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

  • MBA or an advanced technical degree.
