Data Migration & Data Quality Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end data migration efforts between legacy and target systems
• Extract, map, transform, and load (ETL) data according to business and technical requirements
• Document data mapping, transformation rules, and migration logic
• Validate migrated data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Analyze and identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in existing systems
• Perform data cleanup activities to standardize and enrich datasets
• Implement data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring processes
• Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Maintain clear documentation of data processes, definitions, and standards

Requirements

• 2–6+ years of experience in data analysis, data migration, or data quality roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data querying
• Proven experience with data transformation and ETL processes
• High level of English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or SAP
• Familiarity with data tools like Power BI, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Dataverse
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks
• Experience working in system implementation or migration projects
