Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams including admissions, career, placement, and billing with data and automation needs
• Design and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Typeform, Hubspot, AppScripts, Notion/Airtable, and external APIs
• Build and maintain BI dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Sheets
• Use lightweight database solutions like Supabase to structure and sync data across internal processes

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Zapier, Hubspot, Google Sheets, AppScripts, APIs, and process automation tools
• Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar BI tools for dashboarding and reporting
• Solid understanding of databases and no-code/low-code structured systems like Airtable or Notion
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Proven background in workflow automation and operations management
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, n8n, or Lovable
• Experience with finance, billing, or HR processes
• Background in edtech, bootcamps, or online learning
