Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that give stakeholders clear, timely visibility into performance
• Write and optimise SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources
• Partner with stakeholders to understand their questions, define metrics, and translate requirements into analytics
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through validation, de-duplication, and reconciliation of reporting outputs
• Document analyses and reporting logic and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• 3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills including complex queries and large datasets
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience building dashboards in QuickSight, Metabase, or Power BI
• Strong attention to data quality and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Dedicated business intelligence experience
• Experience with data engineering or building data pipelines
• API integration and automation experience
• Exposure to statistical modelling, forecasting, or machine learning
• Experience working in a remote, distributed team
