Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ML pipelines for predictive maintenance, including model training, drift detection, and retraining triggers
- Develop analytics backend for industrial equipment monitoring with probability calibration and adaptive thresholding
- Implement champion/challenger evaluation frameworks with shadow scoring and A/B testing
- Engineer physics-informed features and maintain data quality pipelines for time-series sensor data
- Produce accuracy reports and analyze prediction outcomes by equipment family and fault type
Requirements
- 4+ years in machine learning engineering or applied data science
- Strong Python skills with pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM, and MLflow
- Experience with time-series data, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance modeling
- Understanding of model deployment patterns including registry, versioning, and A/B testing
- Background in statistical process control or reliability engineering preferred
