Data Scientist (Generative AI & PySpark)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions utilizing intelligent agents.
• Implement large-scale data processing and analysis pipelines.
• Develop models and components using Python, PySpark, and Spark.
• Integrate AI solutions into distributed data environments.
• Participate in technical decision-making and the evolution of data and AI-oriented architectures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Python and/or PySpark.
• Proven experience working with Spark.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents and MCPs.
• Knowledge of Guardrails, RAGs, and LLMs.
• Production experience including agent evaluation, monitoring, and observability.
• Ability to develop scalable, high-performance solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI frameworks and LLMs.
• Experience working in cloud environments.
• Previous experience within the banking or financial sector.
