Data Scientist - Generative AI

Responsibilities

• Define vision, architecture, and technical strategy for generative AI
• Develop solutions with autonomous agents, intelligent copilots, and personalized assistants
• Act as a technical reference for the data science team, supporting technical development and best practices
• Propose and implement software engineering and data science standards, such as versioning, reproducibility, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to ensure efficient integrations and sustainable use of data infrastructure

Requirements

• Consolidated experience in generative AI, autonomous agents, and SaaS solutions with generative components
• Mastery of Python and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, or LangChain
• Solid knowledge in traditional AI, including neural networks and supervised/unsupervised modeling
• Fluency in data engineering, SQL, and manipulation of structured and unstructured data
• Experience with API architecture, microservices, MLOps, and production deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture decisions in real-world generative AI products
• Experience in high technical complexity or high scale environments (B2B or B2C SaaS)
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices such as MLflow, DVC, and Airflow
• Experience in multidisciplinary squads with end-to-end deliveries
• Ability to technically influence teams through active listening and systemic vision
