Responsibilities

• Build classifiers, detectors, and scoring models on high-stakes security data
• Shape prompts, context, and tool-use patterns for LLM agent systems
• Ship models into production environments and monitor performance
• Build evaluation harnesses and feedback loops to iterate on model improvements
• Design experiments and evaluate architectural trade-offs

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience delivering models into production environments
• Deep understanding of ML fundamentals and model architectures
• Practical experience with LLMs (prompting, context design, or fine-tuning)
• Strong engineering instincts with a focus on reproducible, testable code
• Ability to work effectively with ambiguous data and problem sets
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a technical discipline such as CS, Statistics, Physics, or Math

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM-based agent systems
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML pipelines
