Data Scientist: Product & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve production data products, including marketing automation pipelines and core semantic data models
• Design and analyze experiments in collaboration with Product and Growth teams
• Develop dbt models, improve data quality, and monitor production pipelines
• Partner with stakeholders to solve ambiguous business problems and identify opportunities
• Communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Work with Data Engineers to improve analytical infrastructure and experimentation frameworks

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Data Scientist in a modern product company
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience building production data products that drive business impact
• Solid understanding of experimentation, statistics, and hypothesis testing
• Experience with modern data warehouses and transformation tools (dbt is a plus)
• Experience partnering directly with Product, Growth, or Marketing teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in B2C SaaS or product-led growth environments
• Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience owning analytical products from idea through production
