Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced predictive and optimization models using classical ML, statistical models, deep learning, and modern AI techniques.
• Research and drive applied innovation in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and agentic AI systems to enhance UX, lead qualification, recommendations, content creation, automation and workflows.
• Build end-to-end model development workflows: experimentation, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Develop and maintain evaluation pipelines, A/B testing frameworks, and model monitoring to ensure performance, reliability, fairness, and auditability.
• Create and optimize analytics and visualization frameworks to support data-driven decision-making at scale.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Platform teams to ensure production-grade scalability, low latency, and operational resilience.
• Integrate trust, explainability, confidence scoring, and fairness into model design.
• Continuously optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and real-world reliability.
• Implement MLOps and deployment best practices: CI/CD, automated workflows, model registry, version control, and lifecycle management.
• Partner closely with Strategy, BA, Commercial, and Product teams to align project objectives and ensure smooth solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or related field
• 5+ years in data science or machine learning engineering roles
• Production experience with transformer architectures and fine-tuning
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation and agentic AI systems
• Prior work building low-latency, scalable model serving solutions
• Familiarity with explainability, fairness, and auditability tools and practices
• Experience across AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable deployments
