Data & Technology Partner Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support procurement processes for both new and existing Data and Technology partners globally
• Develop and strengthen strategic supplier partnerships through regular performance and service-level assessments
• Coordinate initial reviews of legal documentation including NDAs, DPAs, and MSAs
• Drive commercial negotiations and agreement renewals to secure optimal pricing and SLAs
• Act as the primary operational bridge between internal teams and external vendors
• Own and maintain a centralized repository of all partner-related legal, compliance, and commercial documents

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in procurement, vendor relationship management, or commercial operations in B2B tech
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiations and cost optimization
• Excellent legal literacy regarding contract structures and service agreements
• Fluency in English (C2 level)
• High level of independence and proactiveness
• Sharp attention to detail with complex documentation
• Ability to work with partners in different time zones (APAC, LATAM)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior procurement experience within Fintech, RegTech, or Identity Verification industries
• Experience working from the "buyer's side" evaluating infrastructure or software providers
• Experience working with Data partners
• Fluency in Spanish
