Data Validation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Validate healthcare data through outbound calling
• Provide knowledgeable answers to inquiries regarding provided data
• Conduct research on healthcare data to formulate accurate answers for assigned tasks
• Document every task in a detailed and structured manner
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of call handling experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Willingness to work night or rotational shifts
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in healthcare research or healthcare data environments
