Database Administrator

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated data entries, extractions, and structured records for accuracy and consistency
• Create realistic data entry scenarios and edge cases to test AI handling of messy inputs
• Audit AI-produced data for errors in categorization, labeling, or field mapping
• Tag and classify data samples to help AI models learn correct structures and validation rules
• Compare AI outputs against established data entry standards for quality assurance

Requirements

• Experience in high-volume data entry, data processing, or database management
• Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail with large datasets
• High typing speed and ability to process structured and unstructured data
• Familiarity with data formats and validation rules
• Solid written English skills
• Ability to use a PayPal account for payments

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with SQL, Airtable, or Access
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Familiarity with Confluence or Notion
