Responsibilities

• Support the IRS EDOS program to modernize legacy Tax processing systems
• Implement disaster recovery strategies and system architecture
• Manage database programming and administration tasks
• Ensure compliance with government security requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• US Citizenship required
• Active IRS MBI Clearance and current GFE
• 6+ years of experience in highly specialized IT disciplines
• 6+ years of experience in database programming and/or administration
• 4+ years of experience with IBM DB2 database management
• 4+ years of experience using IBM z/OS mainframe operating systems
• Proficiency with Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, SQL, Windows, IBM z/OS mainframe, COBOL, and JCL

• Bachelor's degree
