Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the global deal operations workflow including intake, routing, approval readiness, and SLAs
  • Manage approval readiness in DealHub CPQ, ensuring quote quality and discount rationale
  • Support Sales on deal construction for new business, renewals, and non-standard commercial requests
  • Partner with Legal on non-standard terms and with Finance on revenue recognition and billing terms
  • Participate in pricing, packaging, and NPI strategy to turn decisions into field-ready processes
  • Own the quote-to-cash handoff to order management, billing, and commissions
  • Identify automation and AI use cases to reduce cycle times and improve process efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
  • Experience in B2B SaaS environments
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling (DealHub or comparable)
  • Proficiency with quote-to-cash and lead-to-cash processes
  • Experience structuring non-standard deals (multi-year, expansion, multi-product)
  • Working knowledge of revenue recognition, billing, and order processes
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce
  • AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity
