Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and own the global deal operations workflow including intake, routing, approval readiness, and SLAs
- Manage approval readiness in DealHub CPQ, ensuring quote quality and discount rationale
- Support Sales on deal construction for new business, renewals, and non-standard commercial requests
- Partner with Legal on non-standard terms and with Finance on revenue recognition and billing terms
- Participate in pricing, packaging, and NPI strategy to turn decisions into field-ready processes
- Own the quote-to-cash handoff to order management, billing, and commissions
- Identify automation and AI use cases to reduce cycle times and improve process efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling (DealHub or comparable)
- Proficiency with quote-to-cash and lead-to-cash processes
- Experience structuring non-standard deals (multi-year, expansion, multi-product)
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition, billing, and order processes
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce
- AI literacy and ability to leverage AI tools for productivity
