Job description

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine decision frameworks that guide how Sena interprets customer intent
  • Define signal mapping logic to decompose business questions into actionable signals
  • Establish configuration schemas to specify data capture requirements for decision-grade outputs
  • Create evaluation criteria and quality standards to assess system outputs
  • Identify recurring patterns, edge cases, and failure modes to formalize into reusable system logic
  • Produce structured artifacts that inform Product and AI development workflows
  • Collaborate with Product, AI, and Engineering teams to encode decision logic effectively into the platform

Requirements

  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to formalize complex reasoning
  • Experience designing frameworks, methodologies, or structured decision logic
  • Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, explicit structures
  • Experience working in highly autonomous, fast-moving environments
  • Intellectual curiosity and a drive to solve hard, foundational problems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in applied research or technically rigorous domains involving formal abstraction
  • Experience with the hands-on design of complex decision systems
  • Proven ability to design, execute, and iterate on decision frameworks independently
