Responsibilities

• Maintain, review, and ensure timely completion of all steps within the foreclosure tracking template daily
• Manage outstanding or upcoming events and tasks to ensure accuracy of dates and deadlines
• Communicate with assigned attorneys and trustees via vendor tracking software regarding delays or inquiries
• Utilize system of record and vendor tracking software to manage the pipeline effectively
• Ensure all attorney and foreclosure costs align with Investor, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, or USDA fee schedules
• Review upcoming sales at least five days prior to scheduling to ensure all requirements are met
• Dispose of and complete foreclosure sales and follow up on sale proceeds
• Process instructions for posting funds within SLAs to ensure timely and accurate instructions

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end foreclosure experience in the mortgage or banking space
• Deep understanding of judicial and non-judicial foreclosure proceedings
• Full understanding of GSE (FNMA/FHLMC) and Government (GNMA) FHA/VA regulations and guidelines
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with computer software
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask under mortgage-servicing guidelines
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
