Defined Contribution MEP Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate
• Manage a caseload of MEP adopters, including ADP and Safe Harbor plans
• Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
• Consult with clients regarding plan operation and design
• Collaborate with internal departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience
• Document all client interactions in the workflow management system
• Proactively communicate with MEP clients and investment advisors about new industry developments

Requirements

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
• Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
• High level of critical thinking

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with MEP service models and providers
• NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a 4-year college degree

• Base salary between $74,000 - $95,000
