Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Productologists.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide oversight and quality assurance for Delivery teams.
• Oversee Builder's portfolio of customer app builds.
• Analyze project outcomes for process improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software delivery.
• Experience in leading high performing teams.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience with Agile ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tech scale-up experience.
