Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, on-budget delivery for complex B2B software projects
• Facilitate scrums and manage risks, dependencies, and project scope
• Gather requirements and write thorough, testable acceptance criteria
• Manage client relationships and maintain steady communication streams
• Mentor junior PMO team members and advance best practices
• Calibrate AI tool usage to ensure delivery speed without increasing risk
• Document project plans, status, and roadmaps to ensure adherence to SoW

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum)
• Experience planning projects for B2B software and custom applications
• Strong ability to craft clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in risk management and milestone tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI tools to increase requirement clarity and effectiveness
• Experience working with large-scale nonprofit or education-focused organizations
