Delivery Leader

Responsibilities

• Advise senior government officials and agencies to develop delivery plans with clear strategies, targets, and action plans
• Monitor implementation of delivery plans through frequent routines and accountability mechanisms
• Support data-driven problem solving, learning, and continuous improvement within projects
• Engage in data collection, analysis, and visualization to inform senior leader decision-making
• Build capacity with government leaders in delivery tools and methodology
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to drive consensus and implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, government, or international organizations
• Business-level English proficiency; Arabic proficiency preferred
• Client-facing experience in public sector contexts
• Demonstrated project implementation experience and ability to deliver results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the Middle East or with government clients in the region
• Advanced data analysis and modeling skills to identify patterns and forecast trends
• Strong facilitation and coaching abilities for running effective workshops
