Delivery Manager - Cloudflare Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Cloudflare Professional Services projects (onboarding, DNS, ZTNA, WAF, CDN, migrations).
• Own the full delivery lifecycle: scope, timeline, risk, budget and handover to MSP teams.
• Act as primary client contact for technical teams, security leads and PMOs.
• Translate signed SOWs into actionable delivery plans with Sales and SEs.
• Manage project Jira boards, Confluence documentation, timelines, resources and reporting dashboards.
• Drive cross-geography delivery across distributed teams (UAE, PH, France, MENAT).
• Build delivery playbooks, handoff protocols and QA gates; identify and mitigate delivery risks early.

Requirements

• 7–10 years project/delivery experience in IT, networking, cloud or cybersecurity
• Strong English & Arabic communication (French a plus)
• Background in multi-client, multi-country delivery
• Networking fundamentals: DNS, proxies, firewalls, CDN concepts
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence and Gantt/reporting tools
• Certified or willing to obtain PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL v4
• Structured, pragmatic and calm under pressure
• Comfortable engaging with C-level and technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience delivering Cloudflare projects (WAF, Zero Trust, CDN)
• Experience in MSSP, SI or regional telco delivery roles
• Prior delivery of network or security infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to run 15–20 parallel client projects and scale delivery processes
• Experience working with distributed and cross-cultural teams
