Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Cloudflare professional services projects (onboarding, DNS, ZTNA, WAF, CDN).
  • Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle: scope, timelines, risk, budgets and handover to MSP teams.
  • Act as primary client contact for technical teams, security leads and PMOs.
  • Translate signed SOWs into actionable delivery plans with Sales and SEs.
  • Manage delivery across geographies, tracking resources, Jira boards and documentation.
  • Build delivery playbooks, templates, handoff protocols and QA gates.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks early; escalate and resolve blockers.
  • Run 15–20 parallel client engagements while maintaining high client satisfaction.
