Delivery Manager (Design & Tech)

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital design and tech projects
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders
• Manage project roadmaps, sprint plans, and status updates
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers
• Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to support informed decision-making
• Lead agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve workflows for scalability and efficiency

Requirements

• Digital project management, design operations, or tech delivery experience
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Financial services experience is mandatory
• Strong background in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Expertise in web and mobile technologies (CMS platforms, APIs, front-end frameworks)
• Experience with enterprise platforms like Optimizely or Adobe Experience Cloud
• Excellent client management, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
