About the Company

We’re a profitable, growth-stage company building industry-leading martech and data products for the PropTech space. Our focus is on our category-leading AI and data SaaS products with triple-digit growth rates.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day demand gen and ABM programs to drive pipeline across key segments
  • Partner with GTM teams to implement target account lists and deploy full-funnel campaign plays
  • Test and optimize new channels, ad creatives, and audiences for growth opportunities
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, CTAs, and campaign messaging for conversion
  • Run experimentation cycles on ad copy, creative assets, and outbound tactics
  • Monitor and report on campaign ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
  • Partner with Marketing & RevOps to ensure proper tracking, lead routing, and attribution
  • Track day-to-day ad spend and campaign forecasting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or technology company
  • Tactical expertise in at least 2 growth channels (e.g., Paid Social/Search, ABM, Email, SEO)
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Ability to align tightly with Sales and SDR teams
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
