Deployment Lead - ERP Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth implementation
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute implementation plans
• Analyze client accounting workflows and translate them into technical requirements
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
• Track milestones and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned
• Identify risks early and maintain clear documentation and status updates

Requirements

• 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday
• Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, ASC 606)
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Big 4 or specialized implementation firms
• Experience in implementation/consulting environments
