Deployment Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth and timely implementation experiences
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to execute implementation plans
• Analyze client accounting workflows and translate needs into clear requirements and solutions
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption
• Support data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordination
• Track milestones and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout the onboarding process
• Identify risks early and escalate issues to keep customer launches on track
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or related customer-facing roles
• Strong accounting foundation (close, reconciliations, revenue recognition/ASC 606)
• Excellent communication skills for working with senior stakeholders
• Systems-minded with strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment with high attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big 4 accounting firms
• Experience in SaaS or at a high-growth technology company
