Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic customers to identify critical audio and voice AI needs and pain points
• Design and architect bespoke integrations that embed ElevenLabs technology into customer products and operations
• Build compelling demos and prototypes using Python to showcase voice and audio AI capabilities
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models effectively
• Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into software and AI models
• Scope and execute end-to-end projects for strategic partners across diverse industries globally

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
• Basic proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results
• Adaptability to work across different customer environments and use cases
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models and their applications
