Deployment Strategist

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients in the UAE (based in Dubai) to understand high-priority business objectives and operational constraints.
• Design, build, and iterate production workflows on enterprise data that drive measurable operational change.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead forward-deployed engineering efforts: prototype quickly, validate with users, and operationalize solutions.
• Manage delivery independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and outcomes.
• Travel to client sites as needed (typically 10–33%).

Requirements

• Demonstrated customer-focused delivery in enterprise settings
• Strong analytic and problem decomposition skills
• Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets
• Proven ability to ship production data solutions
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable traveling to client sites (10–33%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering production enterprise AI solutions
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• Prior consulting or client-facing deployment experience
