Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise clients in the UAE (based in Dubai) to understand high-priority business objectives and operational constraints.
- Design, build, and iterate production workflows on enterprise data that drive measurable operational change.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead forward-deployed engineering efforts: prototype quickly, validate with users, and operationalize solutions.
- Manage delivery independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and outcomes.
- Travel to client sites as needed (typically 10–33%).
Requirements
- Demonstrated customer-focused delivery in enterprise settings
- Strong analytic and problem decomposition skills
- Experience working with large structured and unstructured datasets
- Proven ability to ship production data solutions
- Excellent communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable traveling to client sites (10–33%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering production enterprise AI solutions
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Prior consulting or client-facing deployment experience
