Deputy CDO

Responsibilities

• Own execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives across ML, experimentation, and data platform domains
• Lead high-priority initiatives by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, and driving delivery
• Build and operate an effective execution framework including monthly business reviews and quarterly planning
• Improve the experimentation ecosystem and accelerate ML delivery cycles
• Strengthen functional leads through prioritization support and managerial coaching
• Ensure operational excellence regarding data freshness, uptime, and SLA adherence

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in data, analytics, or ML domains
• 3–5+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects involving ML and data platforms
• Experience in product companies
• Strong understanding of product analytics, A/B testing, and unit economics
• Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle
• High technical literacy in data and ML topics
• Fluency in English and Russian
