About the Company

EOS Data Analytics (EOSDA) is an international Earth Observation and satellite analytics company. The team combines proprietary satellite data with partner constellations to transform imagery into "data-to-decision" insights for business, government, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage legal support for space and satellite projects, including contracts, negotiations, governance, policy, compliance, and risk management.
  • Prepare and review commercial agreements such as MSA, SOW, SLA, NDA, supply/procurement, engineering, and licensing agreements.
  • Conduct negotiations in English with international counterparties regarding liability, warranties, IP, and payment terms.
  • Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance across US, EU, and UK jurisdictions.
  • Support privacy and data protection by updating Privacy Policies, Terms, and DPAs in coordination with GDPR/ePrivacy requirements.
  • Manage corporate governance, including board/shareholder minutes, resolutions, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel in various jurisdictions, managing scope, deadlines, and quality control.
  • Oversee litigation and disputes, specifically interacting with litigation counsel in the US.
  • Provide regular risk updates and structured reporting to senior management and ultimate beneficiaries.
  • Optimize legal operations using tools like Jira and DocuSign and mentor junior legal staff.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of legal experience in-house or in consulting with a strong focus on commercial contracts and multi-jurisdictional support.
  • Proven experience with the US market, including interaction with US litigation counsel and understanding of discovery/procedural deadlines.
  • Advanced English proficiency for drafting, negotiations, and business correspondence.
  • Experience managing external counsel across different jurisdictions.
  • Ability to provide structured reporting and recommendations to top management.
  • Highly independent and systematic with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in space, aerospace, deeptech, or hardware/software product sectors.
  • Understanding of IP structures, licensing models, and technical acceptance/warranty approaches.
  • Experience building legal functions and processes for scaling organizations.
