1Money is a FinCEN-registered Money Services Business operating across the United States and a licensed digital asset business in Bermuda, delivering regulated products and services through a robust compliance framework.
Responsibilities
- Advise on legal and regulatory matters related to digital assets, stablecoins, and money transmission
- Support company licensing, compliance, and risk management efforts
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations
- Work with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and manage disclosures
- Uphold customer protections in a rapidly changing regulatory environment
- Help navigate the complex regulatory landscape of digital assets and money services
