Design Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the design team to ensure creative quality, brand consistency, and on-time delivery
• Serve as technical and creative reference for conceptual development, Key Visuals (KVs), and aesthetic refinement
• Manage daily workflow, prioritize demands, and optimize deadlines in high-volume environments
• Conduct constructive critiques and feedback rituals to develop technical and creative autonomy
• Create institutional campaigns, branding, social media, trade marketing, events, and corporate presentations
• Collaborate with Copywriting, Planning, Audiovisual, PMM, and Operations for integrated deliveries
• Work hands-on on high-complexity or high-impact strategic projects
• Integrate generative AI tools into the workflow to boost visual exploration and productivity
• Maintain governance of files, visual systems, guidelines, and operational standards

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing creative teams in agencies, studios, or in-house environments
• Strong background in Graphic Design or Art Direction with a refined portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Fluency in AI tools applied to design for image generation and creative productivity
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects and brands in parallel
• Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multibrand structures or high-volume operations
• Practical knowledge of project management tools such as Monday.com
• Basic Motion Design and audiovisual language skills
• Knowledge of graphic production processes and digital file finalization
