Design Lead - Account Hub

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support a team of 2 product designers, guiding their day-to-day execution and professional growth
• Own the overall design direction and execution for Account Hub
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and brand teams
• Make high-impact decisions on design system integration and enterprise-wide standards
• Translate complex structural requirements into actionable design roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic/UX Design, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product design or user experience design
• Documented experience leading teams
• Portfolio demonstrating shippable customer-facing products and complex system-level UX work
• Strong knowledge of modern design tools like Figma
• Knowledge of design system governance and agile workflows
• Professional verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within multi-brand enterprise platforms
• Experience defining enterprise-wide design patterns and multi-account user architectures
