Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Guide the design process throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Drive client presentations and discussions of your team’s work
• Foster positive client relationships and influence stakeholders
• Work with Product Managers and Client Partners to scope project requirements
• Coach and mentor Product Designers on career growth and feedback
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasibility and fidelity of implementation
• Promote a culture of autonomy and inclusive environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a digital product agency or consultancy
• Mastery of UI/UX principles and Figma
• Interaction design skills (After Effects, Principle, Framer, or Origami)
• Portfolio demonstrating strengths in UX and visual design
• Ability to translate stakeholder goals and complex user flows into simple UIs
• Strong communication skills for delivering design rationales
• Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity
