Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee and evolve OLIPOP's visual identity across packaging, digital, retail, and internal communications
• Maintain and refine brand guidelines to ensure they are flexible and scalable
• Manage and inspire a team of internal designers and external creative partners
• Lead end-to-end innovation design from creative brief through final production
• Own shopper marketing creative by providing direction and approvals for retail assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Innovation, and Commercial teams
• Ensure executional excellence in typography, layout, color, and production readiness

Requirements

• 10+ years of design experience
• 2+ years in a creative leadership or management role
• Experience in advertising/design agency, in-house agency, or CPG brand environments
• Background in CPG, food/bev, or lifestyle brands
• Proven ability to build and extend visual identity systems across multiple channels
• Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth across digital, print, retail, and packaging
• Working knowledge of packaging design and production processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability and innovation across brand touchpoints
• Familiarity with motion design and video/animation
• Interest in food/beverage innovation and consumer trends
