Design & Project Management Intern

Responsibilities

• Coordinate music releases with distributors and ensure accurate submission of artwork and assets
• Design album covers, single artwork, promotional graphics, and social media assets
• Organize release calendars and maintain up-to-date trackers for upcoming releases
• Manage video assets, canvas videos, and visualizers for streaming platforms
• Maintain organized documentation and track project deadlines
• Coordinate with the Finance team to organize and submit royalty reports

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Professional communication skills
• Interest in the music industry and digital distribution workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva or Figma
• Knowledge of Spotify for Artists or Apple Music for Artists
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience with Notion, Monday.com, or spreadsheet management
