Design Systems Lead

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain creative standards across static design, display advertising, email, HTML5 banners, motion, and digital campaigns
• Manage, mentor, and develop designers and motion designers through creative direction and coaching
• Develop design systems, templates, workflows, and quality standards for scalable production
• Translate client brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts and storyboards
• Partner with Video Editors, Copywriters, and Creative Strategists to execute integrated campaigns
• Leverage AI-assisted creative tools to improve workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in art direction, digital design, or creative leadership
• Experience leading and mentoring creative teams in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, design systems, and motion storyboards
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience building scalable creative systems and production workflows
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise technology, SaaS, or B2B brands
• Experience leading large-scale display advertising or HTML5 banner programs
• Background in performance marketing or agency environments
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or UI-driven brands
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools
