Designer, Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high volumes of performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats
• Use Runway to ideate, create and iterate on video and image assets
• Own the visual execution of ad creative from concept through final delivery
• Produce motion graphics and animated ads that communicate product value
• Partner with Copywriters and growth teams to develop integrated ad concepts
• Build and iterate on creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all performance touchpoints
• Collaborate with product marketing on go-to-market launches
• Manage updates to GTM assets and templates
• Contribute to a growing library of design components and generative prompting strategies

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role
• A portfolio showing range across video ads, motion graphics, and static performance creative
• Strong motion design skills with fluency in After Effects or Premiere
• Solid graphic design fundamentals including typography, layout, and color
• Hands-on experience using AI image and video generation tools
• Ability to operate at high velocity across multiple simultaneous campaigns
• Experience working closely with copywriters, growth marketers, and product teams
• Experience in AI, creative tools, or developer-adjacent products is a strong plus
