Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of designers, ensuring continuous growth and excellence in delivery
• Define the design strategy and vision for logistics, establishing visual standards and rules for consistency
• Build and scale AI-first design processes, including new work frameworks and tool evolution
• Act as a bridge between design, product, and engineering to ensure business objectives and experience standards are met
• Develop and improve the delivery person's journey with strategic vision and competitor analysis
• Guide the team in creating state-of-the-art interfaces and manage team prioritization and resource allocation

Requirements

• Experience as a manager of design teams with a history of people development
• Holistic vision to understand project impacts across different app journeys
• Ability to create and scale new work models, including design system mastery
• AI-first mindset to integrate artificial intelligence into design solutions and processes
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders at a leadership level
• Flexibility to adapt to frequent changes in work models

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating simplicity, clean screens, and user focus
• Experience building and scaling design processes in high-complexity organizations
• Rapid adaptation to new technologies and market challenges
