Responsibilities
- Use law enforcement expertise to train and evaluate AI models on criminal investigations, patrol operations, and ethical decision-making
- Review AI-generated case scenarios to assess realism and procedural correctness
- Identify inaccuracies, gaps in reasoning, or unrealistic assumptions in model responses
- Validate terminology, workflows, and investigative steps
- Provide detailed written feedback explaining the correctness or errors in AI outputs
- Help clarify edge cases and the differences between policy, law, and real-world application
Requirements
- Professional experience in law enforcement (patrol, detective, or specialized units)
- Strong investigative expertise and knowledge of procedural justice
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex reasoning in plain language
- Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet
