Responsibilities

  • Use law enforcement expertise to train and evaluate AI models on criminal investigations, patrol operations, and ethical decision-making
  • Review AI-generated case scenarios to assess realism and procedural correctness
  • Identify inaccuracies, gaps in reasoning, or unrealistic assumptions in model responses
  • Validate terminology, workflows, and investigative steps
  • Provide detailed written feedback explaining the correctness or errors in AI outputs
  • Help clarify edge cases and the differences between policy, law, and real-world application

Requirements

  • Professional experience in law enforcement (patrol, detective, or specialized units)
  • Strong investigative expertise and knowledge of procedural justice
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to explain complex reasoning in plain language
  • Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet

Benefits
