Developer Experience Engineer — UAE (Dubai)

ElevenLabs is hiring a Developer Experience Engineer based in the UAE (Dubai) or able to work remotely from within the UAE. You will help design and maintain SDKs, developer tooling, and docs that make ElevenLabs’ APIs and platforms delightful for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain open-source SDKs, CLIs, and example projects used by developers
• Design and iterate on API surfaces and client libraries for clarity and ergonomics
• Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation, guides, and sample apps
• Act as "customer zero" for new developer features: test, triage, and report issues
• Collaborate with product, backend, and ML engineers to shape developer workflows
• Run developer-focused experiments, gather feedback, and improve adoption metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maintaining public SDKs and CLIs
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, or Python client libraries
• Experience with developer tooling, docs-as-code, or static site generators
• Speaking or organizing developer events (meetups, workshops) is a plus
