Developer Marketing Manager - UAE (Dubai)

Xsolla is hiring a UAE-based Developer Marketing Manager to lead regional developer marketing programs across the UAE and wider MENA region. This role will run campaigns, manage events, and grow Xsolla's presence in local game developer communities while working closely with Developer Evangelists and global marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement global Developer Marketing strategy for UAE and MENA, adapting to local developer audiences and market trends
• Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives: events, online campaigns, community programs, and hackathons
• Coordinate Xsolla participation at regional developer conferences and meetups; manage logistics and follow-ups
• Partner with Developer Evangelists to promote lighthouse integration cases and developer success stories
• Localize and adapt global developer content (articles, videos, social posts, newsletters) for local channels
• Build and maintain relationships with developer influencers, creator communities, and local partners
• Track and report campaign reach, engagement, ROI, and conversion to active integrations; iterate using insights
