What are we looking for?

Biconomy is seeking a dynamic and passionate Developer Relations Engineer to enhance our developer experience team. As a Developer Relations Engineer, you will be instrumental in promoting and ensuring the seamless integration and use of Biconomy’s SDK, focusing on providing an unparalleled developer experience, guiding future enhancements, facilitating developer dashboards, and curating top-notch documentation.

Your ideal background includes creating or advocating for developer tools, emphasizing the nuances of developer experience, recognizing the significance of comprehensive documentation, and being driven to transform Web3 UX. Collaborating with diverse teams such as engineering, product management, design, and marketing, you will help shape our developer relations strategy and actively gather feedback from developers, ensuring Biconomy consistently offers groundbreaking solutions and a superior developer journey.

What will you be doing?

    • Technical Support: Respond promptly to technical inquiries across diverse platforms including Discord, Telegram, online forums, and social media, ensuring accurate and timely solutions.
    • Client Onboarding: Participate in post-sales client calls, ensuring smooth integration of Biconomy solutions. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot, architect, and optimize solutions tailored to each client's unique use case.
    • Content Creation: Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of documentation, tutorials, and guides that simplify and explain Biconomy's offerings.
    • Innovative Experimentation: Experiment with and construct demos that integrate Biconomy solutions with other web3 technologies. Showcase the advantages of account abstraction and its potential to enhance the web3 ecosystem.
    • Feedback Collection & Iteration: Continuously gather feedback on the developer's experience with Biconomy integrations. Use insights to refine and enhance documentation and overall developer experience.
    • Brand Representation: Act as the face of Biconomy at various events including hackathons, conferences, workshops, and other developer-centric engagements, showcasing our solutions and building relationships within the developer community.
    • Community Building: Spearhead the creation and management of a vibrant community space where developers can engage, share ideas, and collaboratively innovate using the Biconomy ecosystem.

Your experience should include:

    • 2+ years in Developer Relations: You have worked with developer communities in the past in a hands-on technical capacity, building with developers, as well as mentoring and guiding them in various technical solutions. 
    • Engineering Background: You have worked as a developer and shipped products; this is a highly technical position and will require you to review, debug, and work with different codebases with various developers. 
    • Technical Writing Expertise: Strong technical writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation that caters to developers of all skill levels, ensuring they can easily understand and utilize Biconomy's solutions.
    • Blockchain Proficiency: A deep understanding of blockchain technology, the wallet/dApp ecosystem, and the EVM. Familiarity with Account Abstraction and ERC 4337 is highly regarded.
    • SDKs & Developer Tools: Experience with SDKs or developer tools, emphasizing making these tools intuitive and user-friendly for developers.
    • Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering productive collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve integration and community-building objectives.
