Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end journey for engineers, operators, and platform teams using Flox
  • Build integrations, demos, tutorials, and technical documentation to showcase Flox in production contexts
  • Build and sustain an inclusive community across GitHub, Discord, and other professional social spaces
  • Host workshops, office hours, and community meetups
  • Forge partnerships with leading developer tools and platforms
  • Represent Flox at conferences, panels, podcasts, and meetups
  • Publish technical content including tutorials, case studies, and blog posts
  • Build agents and automations to handle ongoing marketing work and brand monitoring

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Developer Relations, software engineering, or solutions engineering
  • Strong technical ability to build demos and integrations using Go, Python, Rust, or shell
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales
  • Deep understanding of software delivery, CI/CD, reproducibility, or platform engineering
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for writing and public speaking
  • High level of self-direction and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Nix or reproducible build systems
  • Experience with platform or infrastructure products in enterprise settings
  • Prior work bridging DevRel and go-to-market teams
  • Contributions to open-source developer tooling
  • Experience building marketing or GTM systems using LLM-based agents
  • Familiarity with AI search optimization (AEO)
