Development Chemist

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead product analysis and testing while documenting progress in LIM systems
• Provide technical support to customers and analyze results after product release
• Explore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities
• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations
• Maintain laboratory, storage areas, and equipment
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Collaborate with product management, production, and sourcing teams
• Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery
• Communicate with stakeholders to optimize processes towards customer requirements
