DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP including compute, storage, networking, and security groups
• Build, improve, and manage CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe, and reliable deployments
• Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability tooling
• Implement security best practices including secrets management, IAM policies, and vulnerability scanning
• Manage containerisation and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes/ECS
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and platform reliability improvements
• Collaborate with engineering on infrastructure-as-code using Terraform

Requirements

• 4+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering experience in a production environment
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC)
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, and container orchestration
• Proficiency in CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
• Security-first mindset with knowledge of IAM, secrets management, and compliance practices
